Here’s another bookmark to add to your mobile device’s web browser : AOL Mobile Search. You can use the AOL Search service, Pinpoint Shopping Search and AOL Yellow Pages on any WAP-enabled phone. It works great with Blazer on the Palm Treo 650, and it’s fast, too.

Each Palm Treo 650 smartphone is bundled with Dataviz’s Documents To Go, the MS-Office compatible office productivity suite. For most people, this is a pretty good suite of software that works well most of the time.
If you are looking for something different, this might be the one for you. Mobile Ministry Magazine has a review of the Classic Office Suite from Mobi Systems. Highlights include TrueType font support and on-the-fly misspelled word underlining (ala MS Word).

One of the main reasons I personally bought a Treo 650 was to lighten my daily load. By consolidating my PDA and my phone, I saved space in my pocket and also have one less charger, one less carrying case, and one less headset to worry about.
Rich Sharples from Sun talks about his devices – before and after consolidation. He went from a Palm Tungsten C, a Motorola mobile phone, and an iRiver MP3 player to the Treo 650.
