An online dictionary is great for the Treo — thanks to the great wireless connectivity, you can always look up a word if you need to know the meaning. However, there are times when you know what something means, but you don’t remember the word. OneLook has a great Online Reverse Lookup Dictionary just for this purpose. For example, what’s that phrase for “being tried twice for the same crime“? You can even use wildcards — “what’s that board game that starts with the letter c“?

Palm has announced that it will deliver the popular interactive mapping experience of Google Maps to millions of Palm Treo smartphone users. The Treo-optimized version of Google Maps is now offered as free, downloadable Palm OS application that offers directions, local search, moveable/scalable maps, location satellite imagery and traffic updates.
